Our team has a immense experience in design, signage, typography, architecture, interior design, and of course - manufacturing. For large-scale projects, our team will collaborate with you and subcontractors. We always set high standards and deliver above expectations.

The primary thing we should know is what do you want the sign to say or show, size and prefered technology (LED neon or Classic).

We've prepared a step-by-step quoting quiz to make it easier for you to describe what you need, no matter how familiar you are with neon. If you use our quoting form you just follow the steps and they will include all the information we'd need to get started.

Also, you can contact us directly and describe a neon in your own words and/or upload a digital file that shows it. If you have a digital file, it's most helpful to have it in .pdf or .ai file format. Please include your preferences as to color and exact size.

This will be enough for us to come back to you with suggestions for the design and technical parameters for making your sign. You'll also be able to make your own choices as to the technical issues if you feel like it. Those include: mounting methods, color and length of cables, transformer types, silicon end caps, programmers and dimming.

We will be very happy to inform you about all the components above. Contact us and it will be as simple as you want it to be.

Your set will include a neon sign with cables, hanging mount and power adapter. There is no extra fee for buying the above equipment.

Sure, we can provide the glass sign alone. We will prepare it to be fitted with equipment at a later point in time, in case you do want to add the light feature. If you want to just the glass, please inform us before placing an order.

Of course :) We use the highest quality neon tubes from the best European and American manufacturers as well as CE certified electronic equipment Assembly and quality assurance is conducted in Poland in compliance with EU standards.

The life of neon tubing depends on how much and how often it is used. The luminous tubes we use last at least 3 to 4 years, and can last much longer in optimal conditions.

Basically, we equip our neon signs for indoor use.

When you have your sign outdoors, special equipment may be required to help protect it from external damage. Contact us to find out what might be needed in your specific case. We are able to equip it for outdoors use.

We offer a one year guarantee on the light emission. However, this doesn't extend to any harm that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or to breakages that occur after the initial delivery. Please contact our service team in case your lights stop shining.

Yes! We send the draft to every customer prior to production. We can even visualise it with the photo of the place of intended installation!

Yes. All electric transformers we use feature a simple on/off pull chain so that you can easily turn your neon off when it isn't being used and back on when it's time to shine.

If you want to dust or clean your neon creation, always be sure to unplug the neon first. Then, use a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or dust from the tubing and fixtures. Never use a liquid cleaner on your neon.

Neon tubing is filled with two gases (neon and argon), both of which are inert and can be found in the air we breathe. Neon power supplies use voltages ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 volts, so the potential dangers are similar to that of any other high-voltage electric equipment.

To keep you and your guests safe, you'll want to hang your neon away from areas where it may be bumped or leaned-on, areas with heavy foot traffic or places where children may be playing.

Neon is an extremely efficient medium. A neon sign normally consumes 0,9-1,2 amps. This equates to about 95 watts (equal to a single light bulb). So using your neon art will not significantly change your electrical bill, if at all.

If your neon has broken down, unplug the power supply immediately. The best thing for you to do is to take pictures of the broken portion or a section and reach out to us. Keep in mind that once a particular neon unit is broken, the harmless noble gas immediately escapes into the air making a complete glass tube replacement the only solution.

LED neon is made of rubber-like PVC or silicon and LED inside. This material is flexible and durable. Unlike Neon glass, it is not fragile at all. Thus, LED neon will fit a child's room, bedroom or places with dense human traffic perfectly. LED neon will not be as bright as classic one (whose glow is excessive sometimes).

Yes! Our LED neon sign comes with a one year warranty. However, using your sign without our provided power adapter or with other power converters will void your warranty. Using your LED neon sign outdoors without advanced notice before placing your order will also void your warranty.

LED sign cannot be manufactured if it is too small.
For example, the height of text cannot be smaller than 6 cm.
Before you place the final order we will let you know if your design is too small.

LED Neon is made of rubber-feel tubes, so you can't be injured by broken glass. Besides, LED neon is running at low voltage (12 volts). Thus, there is no risk of electrical shock injures.

LED neon is an extremely efficient light source. LED consumes even less electricity than classic neon does. So, it won't change your electrical bill at all.

Sure! Neon lights have been used in interior spaces for more than 100 years.

You will definitely cope with a LED Neon installation since it's already comes attached to an acrylic background (transparent or colored). You will need only to hang it and put a plug into a socket.

In case of Classic Neon, if you decided to install a neon sign directly to a wall, we recommend a professional electrician assist during the installation process. Also, we will provide you with a detailed manual to guide you through the steps.

Classic Neon can be screwed directly to a wall or installed on any surface.

In case of LED Neon, some background is obligatory. Our LED signs are incredibly easy to install. They are lightweight, have predrilled holes for mounting, and can be affixed to the wall using just a screwdriver and the included screws. We usually use acrylic for LED, but don't hesitate to contact us if you need some tailored solution.

We are able to ship worldwide.

This depends on the weight of the order and the type of shipping. We usually calculate the amount individually. Within Poland we usually quote a price already including delivery to your city. If it's about shipping abroad - let us know where we need to ship and we will arrange transport at a good price.

We normally deliver customised products within 2 weeks. We'll provide you with a tracking number once the product is sent.

We will send you a shipping notification email right after your order has been shipped, but it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to start showing the progress of your order. Please check back later to see your order moving, or get in touch with us if it still doesn't work 24 hours after you've received a notification from us.

You can make returns within 14 days of delivery. We'll be happy to offer a refund. We'd appreciate your feedback as to why you'd like to make a return: we are working hard to continuously improve our quality. Unfortunately we don't offer returns for custom products*. Please contact us in case of any product faults as soon as possible.

*Custom product is an item made by customer's project and not available in our shop. An item from our shop ordered in different colour doesn't count as a custom project.

Undamaged signs from the shop can be returned within 14 days. Please send an email to neonowa.contact@gmail.com. We'll provide you with a personal return label that you can print and secure on your package. All of these details are also sent out via email. We will refund the product as soon as we have received a parcel. Please let us know why you decided to return a product: we are working hard to continuously improve our services and your feedback is an integral part of this.
